| FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA May 26, 2006 Membership Drive Success The Builders Association of Central PA (BACP) is proud to announce that 41 new members joined the association during the 2006 Annual Membership Drive. On May 23rd and 24th, the BACP held a Membership Drive to create awareness for their non-profit organization, recruit new members and bring new business to the area. The 41 new members were recruited in just 2 days! Over 30 volunteers made more than 340 calls during the Drive. This brings the BACP membership to 393 members. A special one-time incentive package valued at $2000 was awarded to each new member that joined the Builders Association by 5pm on May 24th. Those incentives included FREE radio advertising, FREE business card printing and more. The 2006 Membership Drive Incentive Package Sponsors are Magnum Broadcasting, 105.9 the Buzz, 106.9, the Surge, 970 AM WBLF and 1260 AM WPHB, Scott’s Landscaping Inc., Tire Town Inc. , Culligan, The Finishing Touch Salon and Day Spa, Kohlhepp’s Bald Eagle Valley Stone Center and the Builders Association of Central PA. Additional sponsors of the event were Peirce Phelps Inc., Belgard, Pinnacle Mortgage, E&D Construction, S&A Homes, Kohlhepp’s Bald Eagle Valley Stone Center, Desert Rug Co., Roly Poly and Domino’s Pizza. If you would like to become a member, membership applications are available at www.centralpabuilders.com or at the association office located at 2038 Sandy Drive, Suite 100, State College, PA 16803. All applications for membership shall be made to the Membership Committee. Complete the application for membership and return to the Builders Association. Upon the BACP receiving the new application, the Membership Committee will review the application and contact references. The Director of Member Services of the Association or a member of the Membership Committee will follow up with the applicant.
