Each year the association raises money through the memberships of the Gold Club to contribute to the Pennsylvania Committee for Affordable Housing (PaCAH) Fund. The Gold Gavel Club is comprised of a group of builders and other members that support our local legislators and affordable housing. The fundraising goal for the association was $12,000, but through the hard work from the Legislative Committee, fundraising efforts exceeded expectations. These funds are used to support our local representatives and legislation that helps the housing industry.
