The Builders Association of Central PA organizes
meetings and events to create opportunities for members to find business
leads. General Membership Meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of each month
and are attended by 100+ members. Special events, action committee
involvement and Board of Director opportunities will help you make
connections, grow your business, and promote and protect the industry. |
Special Membership Programs

When you become a member of the Builders
Association, there is a variety of programs available to you. We offer a
competitive group health insurance program through the Pennsylvania Builders
Association Benefits Trust, as well as workers compensation insurance. Also,
as a current member the $50 Annual Fee for PA One Call is paid. |
Event Participation
|
There are annual events held as fundraisers and
also to provide an opportunity for our members to showcase their businesses
like the Home Show, Parade of Homes and Landscapes, Bricks and Sticks Golf
Classic, Employment Fair, Annual Raffle and the Big Boy Toy Show. |
Marketing Opportunities
|
Once a member with the Association, your
business name and contact information are listed in our Membership Directory
for FREE. The directory is distributed annually beginning at the Home Show
and throughout the year from our office and through members. In addition,
your information is added to our website (www.centralpabuilders.com) with
the ability to link to your website. This service is FREE to members as
well. There are also advertising opportunities in our monthly newsletter,
Today’s Builder and we also offer a full line of logo merchandise that is
made-to-order. |
Governmental Affairs
|
The BACP supports all pro-housing legislation
and actsv as your political advocate. As the housing industry continues to
change and improve at a fast pace, the local, state and national levels of
the Builders Association can help you stay informed on the most up-to-date
information. Your membership will also create opportunities to serve
positions for the Pennsylvania Builders Association and the National
Association of Home Builders. |

Memberships When you become a member of the BACP,
you automatically become a member of The Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA)and
the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). That is three
organizations with industry experts who are available to help you and your
business.

Community Involvement
|
The BACP is a primary advocate of not only thev
building industry, but also the communities that we work in. We have a
commitment to the quality of life in the Centre Region. We partner with the
Centre County Youth Service Bureau and Tri-County Habitat for Humanity. We
also award more than $2500 in scholarships each year to local students. |
