Join the BACP Gold Gavel Club and Builder Association of Central PA members and industry supporters are encouraged to participate in the Gold Gavel Club. Each year our Association raises money through membership in the Gold Gavel Club and our Annual Raffle to contribute to the Pennsylvania Committee for Affordable Housing (PaCAH). Along with lobbyists and regulatory specialists from the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA), PaCAH monitors Harrisburg for legislation that will affect Pa's building industry. Donations from local associations like ours are pooled together and distributed to fund campaigns for legislators and promote legislation they propose that support our industry's priorities. The efforts of PaCAH have allowed our members the opportunity to get the attention of our legislators on many vital issues.
