Let Us Help You Fill Your Workforce Pipeline
It is estimated that there will be 3 million trade jobs that need to be filled by 2028.  Join us August 16th from 8:30 am- 9:30 am at CPI to learn about new initiatives the BACP is doing to help.

BACP Initiatives:

• Career Fair- Career Fair for students and community members.
• Careers in Construction Month (October)- Promoting BACP members on social media.
• CentralPAWorks- Partnering with other local organizations to address the labor shortage.
• Design/Apply/Build- Students at local CTC schools will follow a construction project from start to finish during the school year.
• Job Postings- Opportunity to submit one job post to be share on three websites for free.
• Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council- Promoting the trades to all age groups, distributing "My Dream Home" activity book created by our local PWB, partnering with local scout troops.
• Marketing Campaign- To promote the construction industry and BACP members to the community.
• Website- Launching a new BACP website this September.
• Workforce Wednesdays- Year long partnership with local schools to promote opportunities in the construction industry to students.
