We build 40-50% of our homes with our own crew, and we use the highest qualified sub-contractors to complete our homes in a timely manner. By doing the work ourselves, and with trusted sub-contractors; we are able to control costs while still maintaining the highest level of quality for a construction company. We are able to offer quality homes at an affordable cost. This lets you, the consumer, enjoy living in one of our quality built homes.

We modify each of our new homes for the different periods of your life. Whether you are a first time homebuyer, empty nesters or a growing family with several children.
