PBCI-Allen Mechanical & Electrical was formed in 1995 as a partnership brought about by the combination of Allen’s Plumbing & Heating and Peno Building Company Inc.

The company has 50+ employees making up several departments including service, engineering, commercial construction, and residential construction. Our services include design, sales, installation and service of all mechanical components and systems including HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.

Our management team has an extremely high degree of technical proficiency as well as extensive business management experience. We are innovators in new technologies and energy efficiency with a dedication to the increased usage of clean and renewable energies. We are state of the art compliance with the latest environmental policies and related codes and regulations.

We offer 24-hour emergency service and are certified dealers in both Carrier and York lines of HVAC equipment. Our technicians receive continual training and meet the highest industry standards. We are currently an authorized warranty repair dealer for most major brands of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical products. We are an area contractor for various manufacturers and designers of direct digital controls components and computer driven energy management systems.
